How are You? Hope Your malaria has been healed. I'm very worried. You wrote to me about a house to rent for a year and I think I found the perfect cottage for You.
It's in a very nice location. The area is quite noisy, but there are countless drug dealers loose, so You should like it very much. By the way, Marijuana is legalized there. The drug store, Weed's Mall and all the other shops are less than two kilometres from the house. Also the rent is only $5.000.000 a year and that should be appliable to Your wallet, according to Your job payment.
The house is really charming outside. Marijuana hedges surround the house; it even grows on the roof. It's an old brick farm house, which has been converted into a appartment-styled house. It has got two patios, two pesonal airports from which one is meant to be for helicopters and the other for three planes. It also has got a pool which's size is almost as the yard.
On the inside it has got seventeen rooms from which four are bedrooms, four are livingrooms, two bathrooms and all the other rooms I'll leave as a secret. It's very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has modern equipment as all the other rooms too. By the way, it has an underground bar too! The house is fully furnished.
